View Tracking
Whenever an email is opened, a delivery event is logged at ePriority and
made available through web reports and downloadable tracking logs.
Return Receipt Tracking
For mail clients which support this feature (Outlook, Netscape, Eudora,
and other major software clients do), ePriority will request a receipt for
delivered mail. Depending on the mail client, a dialog box may appear
asking the user if they want to confirm receipt. If requested, this
information is available through web reports and existing tracking logs.
Link Tracking
Any link within an email message can be tracked. Web reports
automatically show any available link summary detail and a new link tracking
log is available for download in the "logs/link" directory if this feature is used.
Message Priority
Clients can indicate a level of importance recognized by many major mail
clients. (For example, Outlook will indicate a high priority message with
an exclamation mark.) This feature does not affect the delivery of email
but rather the presentation of the email within an inbox.
Literal Content Insertion
For clients who want special email functionality already supported by
their existing applications, ePriority has built a method for sending email
exactly as it is received in the batch. This allows clients to preformat
the email and bypass ePriorities formatting.
